​Remains pickup - If you only wish for us to pick up your pet's remains, there is a fee in addition to your desired aftercare option. We do NOT offer remains pickup overnight from 8 PM - 10 AM.

Aggression and Feral Cats - $200

If you as the owner are unable to have reasonable control of your pet or cannot at least get a muzzle placed, then you should expect this charge. Please advise us beforehand if you think special handling or an extra technician will be required. We are able to work with most pets, but for situations where we are genuinely worried about our safety, we will reserve the right to refuse service and refer you to your local animal control.

Bounced Checks - $50

Hold remains for decision on aftercare - at the time of our service we will collect the amount for the communal aftercare charge for your pet's weight. Any difference will be refunded or collected depending on your decision.

Your pet's remains will be held at our facility while you make your own aftercare arrangements. If plans are not made and we have not been able to contact you for 7 days, communal aftercare will be scheduled and you will not get any ashes returned. Special circumstances can always warrant extra holding time.

All discounts are 5%, and can be combined to a maximum of 15%.
Example: if you are a 65 year old veteran and retired firefighter, you will receive a 15% discount.

All payments are due at the time of service. Typically, the total will be determined prior to our arrival, and an invoice and consent form will be emailed to you for signing. If it is an emergency situation and time is of the essence, this can be handled afterwards.

Pet Insurance - many pet insurance companies will cover home euthanasia fees. Please have any paperwork ready for the doctor to fill out.

Includes all material, time, and medications required.

Home Euthanasia service
$550 - Monday - Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM
$650 - after 6 PM, up to 8 PM

$100 - Lifting/restraint fee - if you are uncomfortable or unable to assist the doctor getting your pet to their vehicle after the procedure, or if you need help with restraint, and the doctor needs to bring extra assistance.
Keepsakes - subject to sales tax

Basic clay print - air dry clay, these are made at your home and left with you. You can use a toothpick to scratch in a name, date, or other decoration, and acrylic paints work well if you want to dress them up.

First clay print - complimentary
Additional clay prints - $30 each

Aftercare
All aftercare fees are in addition to the home service. If you have already made plans for aftercare we are able to leave your pet with you after the service.

We work with West Coast Pet Memorial Services in Los Angeles.
When ashes are ready, West Coast Pet Memorial will contact the families and arrange for pickup from their location at 3537 E 16th st, Los Angeles, CA 90023, or delivery to the family's home via USPS (adult signature required).
Communal aftercare
With communal aftercare, ashes are not returned. Ashes are respectfully scattered at sea off the California coast.

Private aftercare
With private aftercare, your pet is cremated in their own compartment so all ashes returned are your pet's only.
