Travel - There are no travel fees within 20 miles from the business address, as per Google maps. Click the address below to find an estimate of mileage:

If your pet has passed away or if you change your mind before I arrive, you will not be charged any euthanasia fees. Instead, there will be a $100 travel fee, in addition to any aftercare you wish and other fees as listed above.

Remains pickup - If you only wish for us to pick up your pet's remains, there is a fee in addition to your desired aftercare option. We do NOT offer remains pickup from 8PM - 9AM.

Aggression and Feral Cats - $200

If you as the owner are unable to have reasonable control of your pet or cannot at least get a muzzle placed, then you should expect this charge. Please advise us beforehand if you think special handling or an extra technician will be required. We are able to work with most pets, but for situations where we are genuinely worried about our safety, we will reserve the right to refuse service and refer you to your local animal control.

Hold remains for decision on aftercare - at the time of our service we will collect the amount for the communal aftercare charge for your pet's weight. Any difference will be refunded or collected depending on your decision.

Your pet's remains will be held at our facility while you make your own aftercare arrangements. If plans are not made and we have not been able to contact you for 7 days, communal aftercare will be scheduled and you will not get any ashes returned. Special circumstances can always warrant extra holding time.

All discounts are 5%, and can be combined to a maximum of 15%.
Example: if you are a 65 year old veteran and retired firefighter, you will receive a 15% discount.

All payments are due at the time of service. Typically, the total will be determined prior to our arrival, and an invoice and consent form will be emailed to you for signing. If it is an emergency situation and time is of the essence, this can be handled afterwards.

Pet Insurance - many pet insurance companies will cover home euthanasia fees. Please have any paperwork ready for the doctor to fill out.
Keepsakes
​
Basic clay print - air dry clay, these are made at your home and left with you. You can use a toothpick to scratch in a name, date, or other decoration, and acrylic paints work well if you want to dress them up.

Aftercare
All aftercare fees are in addition to the home service. If you have already made plans for aftercare we are able to leave your pet with you after the service.

We do all of our own aftercare services - no third parties involved means your pet will never leave our care.
​
With respect for our climate, we utilize water based aquamation instead of traditional fire cremation. Compared to fire cremation, aquamation uses 85% less energy, has 1/10th the carbon footprint, and because it is a gentler process, you will typically have 20% more ash returned.
Communal aftercare
With communal aftercare, ashes are not returned. Ashes are respectfully scattered at a family farm in view of Lake Elsinore.

Private aftercare
With private aftercare, your pet is aquamated in their own compartment so all ashes returned are your pet's only.

Lifting/restraint fee - if you are uncomfortable or unable to assist the doctor getting your pet to their vehicle after the procedure, or if you need help with restraint, and the doctor needs to bring extra assistance.
